Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods, processing may take an extra day or two. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.


Shipping Times

We ship using Canada Post and other trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Canada: Estimated 2–7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Remote Areas: May take longer due to carrier schedules.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen shipping method. Free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly noted at checkout when available.


Delays and Exceptions

We do our best to meet these timelines, but delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience if your order takes a little longer.
