Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.


Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.


Eligibility

  • Items must be brand new, unopened, and in original, sealed packaging.

  • Products that are opened, swatched, or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Bundles or sets must be returned in full and unopened.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.


How to Start a Return

Email hello@sonacosmetics.com with your order number and item details.
If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label (where available) and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Unless the product is damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email us at hello@sonacosmetics.com with photos, and we will send a replacement or refund.

  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or samples

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right product is to place a new order and return the unopened item. Refunds are processed once the return is received.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm approval via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
